Samsung WP10 Waterproof Camera

Samsung seems planning to enter all areas in the camera market. With their successful dual screen ST550 last year, now they take on the underwater camera competition by bringing Samsung WP10, their 12 megapixel waterproof camera.
This Samsung waterproof compact were said to be capable of diving into 10 depths. But, please be aware that WP10 is not as shockproof and freezeproof as other tough underwater camera offers, so you have to be more ‘gentle’ while bringing WP10 into your underwater adventure.
WP10 sports a 5x Optical zoom lens with 27 – 135mm equivalent. With the dimension of 96.5 x 58.4 x 21.6, this slim point and shoot is easy to carry whenever you need ‘em. Samsung officially stated that WP10 can withstand up to 3m depth. You can also record HD video with WP10 in 720p resolution at 30 fps. And maybe you already guess it correctly, this waterproof point and shoot didn’t have any viewfinder. WP10 release date is scheduled on 2010 Q2, with the price be announced close to its release.
