iPhone 3G Camera Quality, Good or Bad?

If you’re still haven’t bought an iPhone 3G because you wanted a smartphone with a good built-in camera, you can say that you’re the lucky and smart phone users that was saved from the disappointment to the iPhone 3G Camera Quality.

I’ve read so many sites telling about how the camera in this Apple’s phenomenal phone have failed to satisfy its users with its image taking features. Two main reasons of dissatisfaction in iPhone cameras mainly revolve over this factors:

  • Narrow field of view. The picture taken with their camera is narrower than what other mobile phone cam can take, in example, the Nokia N95.
  • Bad image details. When you shoot and zoom into the images from an iPhone, you’ll notice that the details of the picture is so bad. It really hard to read details like a writing that supposed to be readable with other phone camera, but you can’t when you use an iPhone to shoot it.

You know, I really think that iPhone is a breaktrough with their slim bodies, responsive touch screen and fast programs. But having failed to produce good images quality with this phone camera is one big drawback coming from a company as big as Apple. I hope one day, iPhone 3G camera will be improved, and just maybe, I would happily turning my eyes over my Sony Ericsson to an iPhone :D
