It feels like yesterday when Canon announced their new addition to their long zoom point and shoot camera lines, Canon SX200IS with 10x Optical Zoom. But now, we already have a new Canon SX210IS showcased at the Photo & Imaging Show 2010 that would coming into the market as a stylish Canon long zoom camera.

Canon Powershot SX210 IS brings you a 14.1 megapixels sensor with 28mm wide lens that would serve your purpose when doing some landscape or group photo shoot. Not to forget that SX210’s high zoom feature enables you to have 14x optical zoom with this pocket camera. The image stabilization system applied in SX210IS were a 4-stop Optical Image Stabilizer, unlike those you’ll find in cheap Kodak M381. This optical stabilizer will work to reduce blurs from camera shake even when in zoom mode.

Canon SX210 IS already powered by a DIGIC 4 image processor combined with i-Contrast that will do their best to produce high quality images. You can also find intelligence features such as Smart Auto, Image Stabilization and Face Detection. In video recording department, SX210 can record at 720p HD video resolution, and you can preview all your shots and videos in their 3.0 inch preview (7.6 cm wide) PureColor II G LCD screen.
